This review is far overdue, as we’ve been in our home for almost a year now. Just wanted to say that Caitlin was fantastic to work with in finding our “forever home”. She worked with us for around a year and a half, incredibly patient with our very specific list of requirements and invested many, many hours into showings and helping us find our dream home. If we ever need another realtor, we’ll be calling her, hands down. Also a huge shout out to Michael, who spent a lot of time with us on the occasions that Caitlin wasn’t available (as will happen when you’re as picky and high maintenance as my husband and I were!). We’re still so grateful to you both and very much enjoying raising our family in the lovely home you helped us find!

With so many ups and downs, she was there by my side the entire way and went far over and above what is expected of any realtor. I met Caitlin Heine by accident in the fall of 2018. It ended up being one of the best accidents I have ever made. In the last 22 years I have purchased and sold 5 properties - and I can confidently say that Caitlin and her team are the best Realtors I have EVER worked with.

Knowledgeable, patient, and considerate; they have gone above and beyond to get me over my fear of downsizing. When I met Caitlin, I went to great lengths to tell her how hard I would be to work with, as at the time I was completely undecided if I was ready to sell the dream home I had constructed in Laurier Heights. If I sold, I had no clue where I would move or if I was ready to do so. Most Realtors would have viewed me as a "waste of time" or a "tire kicker". Over a period of eight months, Caitlin showed me so many different properties, different areas, different potential lifestyles I could buy into; all while consistently assuring me that it was ok to dream or even let go of my longtime family home.

When I was finally ready, found my ideal condo to downsize into, Caitlin brought in the best professionals to prepare to market my home in Laurier Heights. From high end photographers, professional measurement company, and her whole team to consult on how to put our best foot forward when listing the property. Each of the members has such unique skill sets - that when you put them together it is truly magical. (I felt like I was on the TV show "Love it or List it").

Prior to meeting Caitlin, I had consulted with many Realtors who, without even seeing my home and all the work I had put into it, would throw out numbers to list that did not satisfy me. Caitlin took the time, went through my home, the love I put into it and came up with a number that was not only drastically higher then the others - but a number I was more than pleased to list at. Their effort to get to know me and my home; as well their meticulous preparation in listing the house paid off. Within 10 days of listing my house was SOLD for the price she said it would sell for.
